aespa’s “Supernova” is a force to be reckoned with. The June 14th episode of Music Bank on KBS featured a stacked lineup of live performances from some of the biggest artists in South Korea today.
On the most recent episode of the weekly broadcast, Sunmi performed “Balloon in Love,” HYNN performed the new comeback “Glowing Light,” EVERGLOW played “ZOMBIE,” cignature showed off their comeback “Poongdung,” TRENDZ performed “GLOW,” Nayeon of TWICE performed “ABCD,” WHIB did “KICK IT,” ONE PACT came back with their edgy “FXX OFF,” and Candy Shopp performed “Don’t Cry.”
WayV, NewJeans, Kep1er, Nicole, SPIA, WATERFIRE, BADVILLAIN, Yves, ARTMS, and FANTASY BOYS all performed as well. ARTMS and BADVILLAIN are particularly notable after having made long awaited debuts.
The week’s finalists were aespa and WayV, but WayV didn’t stand a chance against “Supernova.” aespa walked away with this week’s win.
