HYBE Expands into Latin American Market with New Offices and Labels

HYBE, the company behind groups like BTS, TXT, New Jeans and many others, is expanding into the Latin American market with the launch of new offices in Mexico City, Miami, and Los Angeles. This strategic expansion includes the unveiling of a new label, DOCEMIL MUSIC, and the rebranding of Exile Music to ZARPAZO and Exile Podcasts to Ajá Podcasts. The move underscores HYBE's commitment to becoming a dominant force in the Latin American music industry.

Leading the charge for HYBE Latin America is CEO Jonghyun ‘JH’ Kah, General Manager Fernando Grediaga, and COO Jeremy Norkin. JH Kah, with decades of global management experience at YG Entertainment and HYBE-Geffen, is well-equipped to navigate the complex music landscape. Fernando Grediaga, with over 23 years in the industry, has played key roles at EMI Music and Universal Music, supporting major artists like Molotov, Belanova, Café Tacvba, and RBD.

Jeremy Norkin, HYBE Latin America's COO, brings over twenty years of experience from top agencies such as William Morris and United Talent Agency. Twice named a “Billboard Latin Power Player” and featured in Billboard’s “30 Under 30,” Norkin co-founded Exile Music, which HYBE acquired in 2023. He was instrumental in opening UTA's Miami office in 2014, bolstering UTA's presence in the LATAM market and representing artists like Post Malone, Muse, and Ms. Lauryn Hill.

With this group at the helm, HYBE is excited to make an impact on Latin American music and make a splash in the industry.
