INFINITE, formed in 2010 by Woollim Entertainment, is a South Korean boy band initially consisting of seven members but now composed of Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong after Hoya's departure in 2017. They debuted with their EP First Invasion in June 2010. Notably, their single "The Chaser" got attention from American outlets Billboard and Rolling Stone, propelling them into the spotlight. Their 2013 EP New Challenge made them one of the best-selling acts of the year, and they topped Billboard’s Emerging Artists Chart in 2014.
