We’ve seen so many awesome concepts come and go, it can be easy to forget some of the best concepts from even a few years ago. Take for example the concept photos from KingDom only a few years back. They were meant to support their first mini album, History of Kindom: Part I. Arthur, and the lead single “Excalibur.” To say these photos are striking is a major understatement.
The first set of photos features the members clad in medieval-inspired suits of armor, complete with chain-mail, capes, and swords. There were two other sets of photos for this release, one featuring frilled collars and beautiful maroon jackets and the other with glowing, monklike, white robes and enough sand to make Dune jealous. However, the ‘Meteor’ photo set is by far the best of the three, and the reason is incredibly obvious: K-pop needs more swords. These pictures are just so cool.
