A self producing group, GHOST9’s seven members have been hard at work on new material. “Awesome Day,” as the new single is called, is self-written, self-produced, and entirely arranged by the group. To date, their biggest hit on streaming services is the infectiously peppy “Up All Night,” which dropped in 2021 as part of the EP NOW: When we are in Love.
The idol group’s release couldn’t be timed any better. Bandmate Lee Jinwoo has gained notoriety as of late for his participation in the YouTube channel “Hong Seokcheon’s Treasure Chest.” It’s ignited so much buzz that he’s been offered roles on various television shows.
With slick concept photos, a member with online hype, plus a moderate hit already on their resume, we’re excited to hear the next track. Keep your eyes on June 6. It should be an “Awesome Day.”
