KIRARA is about energy, fun, and accepting who you are. Released in 2014, her debut album Rcts introduced the world to the glitchy, sample-heavy grooves of KIRARA. Three additional albums and even more EPs later, the Korean electronic musician is going stronger than ever. She recently celebrated ten years of making music with the release of an anthology collection, ctsb, and has lent her production skills with other up-and-coming artists. Her music touches on everything from the comfort and concern that close friends are able to provide, to the simple joys of life like eating fried chicken, and her live shows often feature absurd imagery, goofy mashups, and copious amounts of flashing lights.
