This song is a collaboration between n@di and the Korean indie singer/songwriter Binn, whose voice has such a distinct, soulful flavor to it. It stands in stark and beautiful juxtaposition to n@di’s. Whereas n@di’s is pure, simple, and sweet, Binn’s voice is brassy and quirky, with a heavy chest voice that makes the breaks in her voice stand out all the more.
This track is like watching water roll down a windowpane. Its drums are well played and in the pocket. Despite being a simple, call and response ballad between the two women, it grooves. The song is hypnotically beautiful, and has the physical effect of making listeners sway or nod their head. Perfect for sad slow dancing.
