In a heartfelt Instagram update on June 8th, Kim Gye Ran shared news of his temporary hiatus, citing injuries sustained in the accident.
"I fractured my head and shoulder in a car accident while I was on my way to my schedule, and will be going under surgery. I'm not sure how big of a comeback awaits me, but I don't know why my life has been so eventful lately... So anyway I'll be going on a break for an undetermined time for now! Thank you to those who checked in on me :) I'll do my best to get back on track!! Pre-recorded videos will be updated as scheduled. I feel like I'll be working soon because I simply can't stay idle... I'll prove shoulder fracture equals a crazy lower body gain."
